Description
Background
Used by the Kill-Teams of the Deathwatch as both transport and support, the Corvus Blackstar is one of the most advanced aircraft of the Imperium. Optimised for alien hunting, the Blackstar must be able to carry its passengers with speed and safety as its foremost purpose. Heavily armed and armoured, the Corvus Blackstar is an irreplacable piece of the Deathwatch’s armoury.
Kit
This multi-part plastic kit contains all the components necessary to assemble a Corvus Blackstar, armed with a twin-linked assault cannon (replaceable with optional twin-linked lascannons), stormstrike missiles (replaceable with a twin-linked Blackstar rocket launcher), an anti-air ballistics suite and protected by ceramite plating.
Contents
83 components make this kit, and it comes supplied with 1 Citadel 120x92mm Oval Base with flyer stem.

Awesome looking flyer for 40k that is unique to the Deathwatch.
A fun to build model with some great weapon options & details. It may not be the most competitive option right now for the force but it does provide extra transport options, some extra firepower & is simply a great hobby build.

I love or hate it, this is a vital big of kit for any deathwatch player. The model is a good build, and comes with all the parts you needs, whether it’s anti infantry, or anti tank roles you have in mind.

Several of these now and absolutely love them. With the new flying rules in 9th edition they should be able to fill their support role perfectly.
