Forge Fathers

The Forge Fathers are an ancient race, largely comprising engineers and miners, who were sailing the stars long before humans took their first steps towards civilisation. As befits such a long-lived society, their culture is steep in rich heritage and tradition, with a complex social hierarchy that continually baffles outsiders. Despite their insular nature, the Forge Fathers are valuable allies to the Galactic Co-Prosperity Sphere (GCPS), having a skill with technology and a knack for resource harvesting that is the finest in the galaxy. There may come a time, however, when GCPS trade agreements prove insufficient to acquire the more desirable Forge Father technology, and indeed when expansion brings humanity into direct conflict.
