It’s green stuff. Similar to milk put but tackier and less “chalky”. Mixes easily, dries rock hard. Super stuff and an essential.

Really great product for adding bits and extras to models with a bit imagination and some sculpting skills it can be used to make many things I personally made the crown for my converted commander Dante on a sanguinary guard helmet using green stuff once mixed it can be worked with once happy it sets

Perfect, its just green stuff. Id advice wetting with water or use modelling lubricant so it doesnt stick to your fingers and makes it easier to play with on the model.
