A Year (and a bit) In Review
It’s been just over a year since Star Wars Shatterpoint hit the shelves, which seems crazy when you take a look at all the releases that have come out since!
A great skirmish game, with fantastic minis, and a solid release schedule… what’s not to like?
As much as we love interesting game mechanics, value for money, and beautifully detailed minis I think the reason we’re loving Shatterpoint is that it brings ALL of Star Wars together onto the tabletop.
Not just the films, but the tv series and computer games too! So Hera and the crew of the Ghost can go up against Grievous and his droid army, or Iden Version and Inferno Squadron!
The small squad combat brings a ton of variety to the tabletop as well.
Maybe Inferno Squadron aren’t the imperials you want to go with. Maybe you’d rather General Veers and his Snowtroopers, Thrawn and some ISB agents, Moff Gideon and Death Troopes, Vader and Stormtroopers, or the Inquisitors?!
If you’ve not got into Shatterpoint yet, then the core set is a great place to begin!
Crammed with rules, squads, tokens, dice, and terrain!
Each core set comes with multiple heroes and troops so you can build out your perfect force.
Luke and the 501st can face off against Ventress and B1 battle droids or Gar Saxon and Bo-Katan Kryze can go jetpack-to-jetpack backed by their Mandolorians! And not to forget Darth Maul and Ahsoka!
